Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. We do not charge you to submit or host a workshop. We do not charge a commision fee if you sell any products through us either. 

We can either pay you a fee so that the workshop is free for our event attendees or you can charge a fee directly to the event attendees. Have a think about what suits you best and drop us a message to discuss!

Each individual hosting the workshop gets two free guest list tickets. These will be emailed to you before the event. You can find these in your Skiddle app. The staff member on the ticket desk can manually find your tickets if you cannot find them.

We will always have free tables available but now offer a more sturdy plastic table for a fee of £10. 

You're welcome to come set up your workshop at the venue however long you'll need to set up. 

This depends on the venue and how much space you will need. Please drop us a message to discuss this.

Depending on the venue there is the possibility of stairs etc. A full accessibility report of each venue is available.

Please email your images/ videos to us at westartcollective@outlook.com. Don't worry if you're unsure if your images/ videos have attached. Any applications we receive without photos, we will contact you and ask for them. These have the possibility to be used in our promotion of the event too.

Once you have submitted your application you will hear back from us within the following days after the Open Call closes - regardless of whether or not your application was successful.
