Information regarding the opening night (29/03/24 18:00-21:00):
- We are expecting large numbers at the exhibition opening night.
- There will be two queues 1. For those two bought free tickets 2. For those without tickets. Those who bought tickets have priority.
- Please note we have to stick to our venues capacity and will operate on a one in one out basis
- Those with access needs may skip the queues
- Join us for drinks at Fierce Bar afterwards (21:00-00:00)

Dress code:
Photography:
- Please note public photography is allowed at our events and to consider this when choosing an outfit/ attending
- Photographer will be identified by lanyard and ID card
Staff:
- Members of the West team can be identified by their lanyards and ID cards
- There will be one security guards
- We are here to help, please approach staff or security about any concerns or issues.
Accessibility:
- We have two queues for tickets bought and those attending without tickets. You are welcome to skip the queue if you have access needs - please bare in mind that we do still have to stick to our capacity and will operate a one in one out system.
- Upon arrival at Saan1 there is a kerb with no dip, continuing onto 2 steps into the building with a handrail. There are no dipped kerbs to access Saan1.
- All doorways are standard sized
- Gender neutral bathroom is on the ground floor and has two handrails and a small bin and sink within the cubicle
- The 1st and 2nd floor are only accessible via 13 stairs with a handrail.
- Minimal seating available
Anti-social behavior:
- Anti-social behavior such as drink and disorderly, fighting, assault, damage to property, hate speech etc will not be tolerated
- No drugs
- No graffiti
Alcohol, drinks and smoking:
- No bar, please feel free to bring your own drinks
- Smoking on the street outside
Under 18's:
- Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult
- Under 18's bags will be checked for alcohol
Gallery opening night and closing:
- Opening night 29th March 18:00-21:00
- Exhibition ends 8th April
Tickets:
- Tickets are free, please note we will issue a first come, first served and one in one out policy if the gallery hits capacity
After social:
- Second floor at Fierce Bar from 21:00-00:00
Artwork sales:
- 20% will be deducted from sales
Other:
- Donations towards the exhibition at the opening are welcome both cash and card.
