- Please note public photography is allowed at our events and to consider this when choosing an outfit/ attending
- Photographer will be identified by lanyard and ID card
Staff:
- Members of the West team can be identified by their lanyards and ID cards
- There will be two security guards
- We are here to help, please approach staff or security about any concerns or issues.
Accessibility:
- Upon arrival at the venue there is a dipped curb further down the street
- There is a small curb/ledge to access the venue door
- There are 4 wide steps with a handrail then continuing to 18 wide steps with a handrail upstairs to where the social is being held.
- All doors are standard sized.
- No dipped curb out to smoking shelter that is on the street.
- Seating available both inside and in the smoking shelter.
Toilets:
- There is a gender neutral accessible toilet on the ground floor. This has two handrails next to the sink and one either side of the toilet. There is no emergency pull cord. There is a standard sized sanitary bin and a larger bin. There is a baby changing bed. Sink inside the cubical.
- Upstairs there are three gender neutral toilets, no hand rails, each with a standard sanitary bin. No sinks in the cubicals. Small passageway between the two end toilets.
Anti-social behavior:
- Anti-social behavior such as drink and disorderly, fighting, assault, damage to property, hate speech etc will not be tolerated
- No drugs
- No graffiti
Alcohol, drinks and smoking:
- This is a bar. Please do not bring your own drinks.
- A custom cocktail created for the exhibition/social will be available upon request
- Smoking on the street outside
Under 18's:
Exhibition opening night & after social:
- Opening night at Saan1 29th March 18:00-21:00
- After social at Fierce Bar 21:00-00:00
- Exhibition ends 8th April
